What's the first assumption that you make when you see me (online or in person)?..... Many people are surprised that I am not as tall as I look in my photos. 'Objects may appear bigger/taller than they really are...' That probably has to do with the angle at which my photos are taken because I have never claimed to be tall at all. Or is it the outfits that I tend to wear, like this striped look, you know how vertical lines have a way of making you look like 'Naomi Campbell' :) Oh, & another...

Today is Valentine's Day (Yeeeeaaaah), & a very special day for a hopeless romantic like me. Who else wears red religiously on Valentines Day, or at least tries to? Well, I am guilty as charged, no 14th of February since I can remember has ever gone by without me putting on something red & I have enough eveidence to support that claim, here, here, here & here & here :-). Uneven grounds just like uneven hemlines must be cleverly tackled. Pieces of clothing with Asymmetrical hemlines can be tricky to pull off but when done correctly, I think they bring out the fun in every single outfit. And that tactic also applies in life when you find yourself on uneven grounds; you have to be very careful when planning on your next move. You either tread very carefully or you don't make a single move & stay safe (something I often find myself doing). A very cowardly...

Who says that maxi dresses are only to be worn during summer? I disagree completely because my wardrobe is an 'all-year round' one. It's all about how you style it, in summer wear it with sandals & a straw bag & when it gets colder, layer it with tights, boots, a leather jacket & some faux fur to keep yourself feeling extra toasty.
