There were days when I would accompany my husband to the hardware store & show very little interest in what he was there to look for or to buy. But in the last couple of months, I have suddenly started initiating such visits (to his surprise) as I try to keep up with my DIY projects whose results I can't wait to share with you.

It's kind of funny that whenever the idea of wearing Dungarees/Overalls came to mind, I've always associated it with pregnancy outfits. Maybe it's because it is one piece that is really loved by women when they are pregnant (but not by me). Somehow, as I try out new things in my outfits, I've decided to give them a try & am kind of loving them. Of course I prefer these 'Boyfriend-fit' ones to the form fitting ones because they are in my opinion more versatile with different styling options....

I can literally count the number of 'white pieces' that i have in my wardrobe because 'white & I' have always had a Love-Hate relationship. Trust me, I love how crisp & clean it looks when you have on something white, but what I can't stand is the high maintenance side of it. You have to be careful about where you sit, how you eat, who or what you come into contact with, which with 2 kids is almost impossible to avoid. Happy New Year everyone, am finally back into the 'Blogging world' after a well deserved Christmass break with the family in Kenya.
