Now that Spring has decided to play 'Hide & Seek' with this year, I guess that it's wise for us to also try & sneak in some color into our outfits. Of course we still have to keep ourselves warm but also try to brighten up the dark days that are still upon us.

What inspires your outfit decisions? For me, of course keeping in mind the weather or what I have planned for the day, most of my inspiration is got from the Internet (Pinterest & Instagram to be exact). Thrifting always feels like a treasure hunt for me because I never know what am going to find, which make the experience even more exciting. And just like every treasure hunt, there are times that you come out empty handed but of course there are also days that are pretty successful. If only my work week would start on such a high note every time. I won the 'Fashion Designer of the Year 2017' award at the African Women in Europe Award Ceremony that took place in Berlin on Saturday. I am still on 'Cloud 9' & so so grateful to God & to everyone who in one way or another have been with me on this amazing journey. This award is not only mine but for us all. Thank you all so much.
